Greenhouse Spraying Robot
Working prototypeA remote-controlled, modular farm robot that moves across the greenhouse floor without rails or fixed paths.

We design, build and field-test a remote-controlled greenhouse spraying robot and wireless sensor networks.

Wireless temperature, humidity and air quality monitoring for cold rooms, pharmacies, warehouses and greenhouses.

We built the robot to answer them.
The amount applied depends on the person spraying. Too much leaves residue on the crop, too little fails to protect it.
Pump pressure and travel speed follow the set dosage, and a flowmeter measures the flow.
Workers who spray are exposed to chemicals for long periods.
The operator stays out of the spray area and drives the robot using the live camera feed on a tablet.
Spraying with a crew drives costs up.
One operator handles spraying by remote control.
When soil is not measured, nothing can be done to correct it.
The soil module measures NPK, moisture, temperature, pH and conductivity, and maps each reading by GPS.
Our Greenhouse Spraying Robot project was supported by the KOSGEB R&D, Product Development and Innovation Support Programme and completed in March 2025.
One team designs every layer of a product: mechanics, electronics, embedded software and the interface.
